Great staff, lovely rooms

The pool and beach were very cute, and the breakfast was great.

The room had an inter-leading door and our neighbours woke us up just with talking late at night. There was also no introduction from the staff as to where things were/ what was available. At the end of our stay we found that the spa offered a complimentary massage that we didn't know about, and we weren't sure if they spa and gym were included. Another small thing was that there was only soap next to the shower and not next to the bath, so you had to get out of the bath to get soap and shampoo and get back into the bath (you couldn't just move the soap). Not game-changers, but little things that add up.

Great location, friendly, polite and helpful staff. Like it very much! My choice for my return travel.

The room was large and comfortable with a spacious bathroom.

I contacted several times the hotel asking how to get there from the airport. It was national holiday and I got stuck 3hrs in a taxi. Not fun

The staff was exceptional, the food was very good with daily changing menu. The pool / beach area was small but great. A special shout out to the porter, who took great care of us when we arrived at 2 AM and we had to deal with the missing bed situation. Upon check out, he remembered us and refered to our stressy arrival. In the restaurant Shahid did everything to accomodate a perfect experience. With 5 people in our family, it was difficult to find a proper table quickly, but he would come immediately to the rescue and put some tables together swiftly..

We had a bad surprise at the check in, where there were not enough beds in the luxury suite. On Booking.com it appeared that the room would have two bedrooms, but there was only one. We could book the room for 5 people, but there was only one double bed. We could solve it with a small extra fee and we received additional beds..

Access and exit by car was tricky. Taxis and other cars were allowed to block the exit lane, making the sharp curve difficult and dangerous. Exit signs were poor! It seemed that the only way to the Corniche was eithe a long detour. or seemingly going against the traffic at the bottom of the ramp.Light switches in the room and bathroom were terrible! Not clearly marked at al!! There should be a reaidng light for each bed.

Internet connection inside the rooms is very poor and the rooms are small compared to the money paid

There was a bad smell in the food area, and I experienced the same issue with the food delivered by room service.And the pillows are not comfortable

Every things was good except bad smell.

I spoke with the pool supervisor and manger to make the pool water temperature more warm But they do it more coller !

The place was clean and well organized, and the staff were very friendly. Everything was perfect.

When I was at the master bedroom, in the bathroom, I turned on the mixer tap (Handheld bidet) For a few seconds, the water was dirty and yellow, then clean, fresh water started to flow.

Everything was amazing, the staff were really respectful and helpful especially Mr Heythem at the lobby.

If the hotel was busy that shd not affect the quality

Im disappointed this time, first of all the cleaning of the room wasnt good and staff forget one dirty towel that they use to clean and it was so so dirty so basically if they use this towel to clean mean the room is plenty of bacteria i called them to come and take it, also breakfast food quality and not following the hygiene i asked for egg the chef broke two eggs in his hand then when i asked for salt same gloves he took some in his finger and put on eggs so basically if the eggs have bacteria from outside its eill be now in the salt

The view opposite emirates palace hotel and Qasr al watan , clean , nice staff , very nice food in the breakfast

The pillow was really bad , very soft , I put 4 of them but still very low , the bed was not comfortable , very hard bed
